Refunds and Returns
In the rare instance that your item has been damaged during delivery or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the return and replacement of your item.
Once you have contacted us and we have confirmation that your parcel is on its way back to us we will be happy to issue a refund for the return postage.
For returning items, we ask that customers pack all items securely, in the original package if possible, and include their full name and order number to allow us to identify your parcel upon arrival.
We can only accept returns of seeds and tubers within 7 days. We can’t accept returns for potted plants or rooted cuttings that have died after 7 days.
Our recommendation is to use a tracked courier or Royal Mail.
